Founded in 1998, the two AiR Humanitarian Homes in Bannerghatta and Chikkagubbi, Bengaluru, are more than just shelters — they are safe havens for the abandoned, the destitute and the forgotten. Rooted in the philosophy that ‘Service to Humanity is Prayer to God,’ every act of care within these homes is an expression of devotion, a sacred offering of love and compassion.
Since their inception, these homes have rescued, healed and transformed thousands of lives. From medical assistance to emotional and spiritual support, AiR Humanitarian Homes offer those in despair a second chance at life, dignity and peace.
Over the past two decades, more than 50,000 individuals have found healing and hope through the services provided — from life-saving treatments and surgeries to prosthetic limbs, mobility aids, and long-term care for chronic and terminal illnesses.
But our work doesn’t stop at treatment. Our focus extends to rehabilitation and reintegration. We help individuals reunite with their families, find purpose, regain independence, and rebuild their lives with strength and self-worth. Many become empowered to give back, turning their own journeys of pain into paths of purpose.

Once a trailblazing entrepreneur who revolutionized retail in India, AiR chose to walk away from a flourishing business empire at the pinnacle of success. In 40 Years of his journey of serving humanity, he has embraced a higher calling to dedicate his life to Humanitarian, Inspirational, and Spiritual work.
